I just love Orloff’s. Everytime I walk in there everyone is so friendly and helpful. Today it was Amanda. I had to find a chain to match my vintage pendant given to me by my mother and I found the perfect match with Amanda’s help. A David Yurman piece. I always see some beautiful piece of jewelry that catches my eye whether it’s a watch or an unusual pendant. Orloff’s my go to whether its something for myself or a gift!

I had a fantastic experience at Orloff for both a watch repair and purchase. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the repair process for my watch and providing excellent recommendations for a new one. The repair was completed quickly and professionally, and my watch looks as good as new. The selection of watches is impressive, with something for every style and budget. I couldn't be happier with both the service and my new watch. I’ll definitely be back for any future repairs or purchases. Highly recommend!
